Kate Dyer is the Director of Insite Consulting Limited, a Northland-based consultancy supporting clients across Aotearoa New Zealand to deliver well-managed, commercially sound construction projects.
With experience across project management, quantity surveying, procurement, and contract administration, Kate brings practical insight and technical rigour to every engagement. She works closely with clients and project teams to provide clear advice, realistic cost planning, and structured risk management from feasibility through to completion.
